At Thrive, we help property owners take care of their homes in Guanacaste! Not just at the time of purchase, but day to day, over the long term.

We’re based here and involved locally, which matters more than it sounds. We know the areas, the pace, and the realities of managing property in this region. Things don’t always run on a script, and that’s why being present makes a difference.

Our role is to handle the practical side of ownership. Maintenance, coordination with service providers, guest or tenant communication, payments, and follow-ups. When something comes up, we deal with it. When there’s nothing urgent, we keep an eye on things so small issues don’t turn into big ones.

Every property is different. Some are vacation homes, some are long-term rentals, some are purely investments. We adjust how we manage based on how the property is used and what the owner actually wants, rather than forcing everything into the same system.

The goal isn’t to sell you a feeling. It’s to protect the property, keep it running properly, and make ownership easier, especially if you’re not here full time.
